NEW IN BOOKS: Audit and GDPR – Handbook for the Audit and Surveillance Activities of the Data Controller and the DPO

The new edition of Audit e GDPR – Manual for the audit and oversight activities of the Data Controller and the DPO is now in bookshops: important updates have been introduced, also on the basis of the most recent interpretative guidelines of the EDPB, and a new chapter dedicated both to privacy by design and to the assessment of the suitability of the technical and organisational measures that the Data Controller has put in place to deal with risks, as provided for by articles 24, 25 and 32 GDPR.
